I am going back to California and getting high every day until it is legal. (Don’t worry, it will be legal when I do it because I need it for medicinal use.) California election results came back much better than I expected, but the entire country does not live in my liberal bubble and that is devastatingly terrifying.
Restoring fear, indeed.
Really, though, the results could have been worse. Right? Right, guys? I have more hope for the future than I have ever before felt. And, if I lose that, I will at least have a ton of weed.
Edit: Though I am hopeful, it is really disappointing and disconcerting that people can be patient enough to sit through eight years of George Bush, yet anxious enough that they immediately kick liberals from office when the government takes longer than two years to deliver a miracle. Oh my gosh I am having flashbacks to the first election of Bush and I am about to throw-up. It was one of the most disgusting things I have ever witnessed.
